1. First, we learned how to make quick, easy web 2.0 websites and social media combined with eBay Real Estate auctions.
2. Then we learned how to attract massive amounts of qualified buyers with them! While it was different than traditional real estate marketing, it was also fun and exciting - a lot more so than buying a ridiculously expensive ‘template’ website, going to tons of expensive courses, listing the homes on the MLS and paying the excruciating mortgage payments while your waiting for it your home to sell!Just beware - there’s a HARD WAY and an EASY WAY to get qualified, targeted buyers to your deals…AND there is a way so sell your leads to add an additional stream of income to your business.
